Due to the nature of our products (fresh meat and perishable food items) and our commitment to immediate processing to ensure freshness and fast delivery, all orders placed through the Village Karikadai App are final and cannot be cancelled by the customer.

• Immediate Processing: Our systems automatically transmit your order to our processing unit immediately upon confirmation of payment to ensure minimal delay in preparing and delivering fresh products.

• No Exceptions: Once an Order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, the customer has no option to modify, pause, or cancel the order.

 

2. Order Modification

 

• We do not permit the modification of items, delivery time, or delivery address once an Order has been placed. Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your purchase.

 

3. Cancellations by Village Karikadai

 

Village Karikadai reserves the right to cancel an order under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Product Unavailability: If the ordered items are out of stock or unavailable after the order is placed.

• Delivery Issues: If your specified delivery address falls outside our designated service area, or if we face unforeseen logistical difficulties in fulfilling the order.

• Payment Failure: If the payment for the Order is incomplete or flagged as fraudulent.
